We inform you that the products listed on our website are of national and international origin.

The estimated average delivery time for products is up to fifteen business days, which may change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delivery delays by Correios (Brazilian postal service), issues related to the Federal Revenue Service, among others.

It should be noted that delivery is carried out by the JadLog carrier and also by Correios, and, in some cases, such as the absence of the recipient, regions with delivery difficulties, among others, a notice may be left by Correios informing about the pickup of products at a nearby agency.

If your order consists of two or more items, they may be sent in separate shipments, and a tracking code will be issued for each item.

For products of international origin, tracking information on the Correios website may become available five to eight business days after the tracking code is provided. Postal services are responsible for cases of product damage during transport.

To ensure that delivery is made within the established period, we request maximum attention when filling in the delivery address. Please note that it cannot be modified after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, nor will it be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.

If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or missing data, the customer will be responsible. If the delivery attempt by Correios is unsuccessful, the product will be available at the agency for pickup. If it is not picked up, it may be returned to the sender. Only after confirmation of reshipment will the delivery period become valid, considering, therefore, the date of this confirmation, recorded in the order registration.

If the product is returned to its sender, it may be resent to the recipient's address, however, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. In this case, a shipping label will be generated and sent to the customer for payment. It should be noted that the generated labels have a payment period of up to 19 days. If payment is not made within the established period, the labels automatically expire, making it impossible to resend the product to the customer.

If, after the label expires, the customer still wishes to have their product reshipped, they must express this by contacting the store within 24 hours of the label's expiration. If they fail to do so, the order in question will be archived.

We at Best to Home are responsible for any costs such as taxes, charges, among others that may be presented by the government.
